Eng. Bolteya obtained his B.Sc. in Construction and Building Engineering from Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport University Cairo, Egypt in2018. He was ranked as the first out of 180 students in his class thus, he was appointed as a teaching assistant at the same Construction and Building Department.
